Excellent Location, Great Facilities

During my recent stay at La Villa Najd Hotel, I was impressed by the excellent location and the great facilities it had to offer. The hotel is conveniently situated just a short walk away from the Mall of the Emirates and the Metro system, making it easy to explore the city.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks such as the bathroom facilities needing improvement and limited kitchen supplies, these were easily overshadowed by the overall positive experience. The friendly and helpful staff added to the pleasant stay at the hotel.

I have stayed in a few 1 bed apts in Dubai. This one is quite small but the price reflects that i guess. Could also do with a TV in the Bedroom

Nothing not to love.

Nice location for shopping lovers, and good value for money

The kindness of staff and cooking facility .but the best was the location . it was 2 minute walk from mall of emirates and 6 minutes from metro station . we were able to pay by cash .

There were building construction around the hotel.

This hotel impressed us with its affordable prices and great value for money. The rooms were equipped with a small kitchen, which was very convenient for preparing our own meals. The staff at the hotel were polite and accommodating, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location of the hotel, in close proximity to the Mall of the Emirates, meant that we had easy access to many major attractions in Dubai.

All was great, no improvements needed.

Excellent location to Emirates Mall, friendly staff.

Initially I booked two bedroom, hotel should inform us earlier if unable to provide two bedroom.Finally hotel provided two unit 1 room but no connection between rooms. Could be better if restaurant is available..

It gave me a feel of it was a home not just a room to stay in while I was there.

It was difficult to give a location to for taxi to pick us up or to drop us off. Basically told them behind the mall.

The complementary champagne and fruit basket upon arrival were a nice touch to start the new year. the location was perfect for accessing several attractions and transportation options, with a mall and metro station within a short walk. the spacious room allowed for a comfortable stay, and having a kitchenette was convenient for preparing meals.

i booked 2 bedrooms but the counter man gave me one bedroom,but after i checked with him he change the flat to 2 bedrooms,the hotel need more maint.they charge my credit card tow time till now not solve the problem.

These apartments are very conveniently located near to Mall of the Emirates and the water parks. The staff are friendly and the apartment is great for families wanting some more room and independence than in a hotel.

The soft furnishings are looking a little tired and need good cleaning/replacement

This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. I was impressed by its convenient location inside Mall of the Emirates, making it easy to explore the busy area of Dubai and visit major attractions. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms, with their small kitchens and carpets, were well-equipped and comfortable. I also appreciated the option of having an extra rollaway bed for our child.

All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

The hotel staff are friendly and kind.

The towels provided by the hotel are not to be given to any humanbeing let alone the guests of the hotel there is only one word to describe them FILTHY...we complained to the management but nothing was done about it.

The compact appartments were very well equipped and comfortable.

The air conditioner in the bedroom was a bit too strong.If you're in a certain part of the bed it blows into your face.Even turned down the effect was not lessened.I think the fan needs adjusting or something.
